Adept.st is an independent publication by Scott Volk, dedicated to the Memory Music project.

I'm building a music-delivered mnemonic system: a 125-symbol Animal-Action-Object (AAO) framework embedded through curated songs. The goal is passive implantation—listen repeatedly, absorb vivid animals and stories effortlessly, then wield them actively to memorize numbers, data, or anything else with radical ease.

Current focus: the Underworld realm. Each issue introduces a burrowed creature (Antlion as 1A, Bobbit Worm as 2B, and onward) with poetic lore and original audio tracks—these are the songs that anchor the symbols.

Alongside, you'll find practical guides to related techniques like classic PAO, neuroplasticity basics, and cognitive tools for a noisier world.
